Hill Orchard produces some of the juiciest peaches in Massachusetts. Our peaches are tree ripened — this means we leave them on the tree until they are big and juicy. Many supermarkets demand that farmers pick the peaches when they are hard, so they ship better, that is why they often have no flavor. We think you'll agree our fruit is packed full of flavor and drips with juice. We pick our peaches fresh every day and offer them to you already packed, or let you choose your own. We have over eight varieties that take us from August 1st until mid September.

Our apples are also picked daily. We start sometime late August with the early varieties and follow through till late October. Unlike peaches, apples can be stored in a cooler to preserve freshness right up until Christmas. The apples we grow at Hill Orchard come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. We have crunchy, tart, juicy, sweet, robust, crisp, and delicious apples. We have apples just for baking, we have apples for juicing into cider, we have tart Mac's, firm Courtlands, juicy Macouns and everything in between. When you come to the stand we will be happy to help you choose the right apple and we are always ready to have you try a sample apple or the apple of the week.
